Andy Neely gave a speech on Service Business Model Innovation at the Royal Society during a seminar organised jointly by BAE Systems and the Economic and Social Research Council.

The purpose of the seminar was to bring together a cross section of people from business and Universities to explore servtization and identify unanswered questions that might form part of future ESRC research programme calls. The next seminar in the series will be hosted by Cambridge on 15th December.  It will focus on the impact of culture, organizational behavior, uncertainty and risk on service business model transition as well as a session on the potential contribution of servitization to sustainability, grown and industrial resilience.
